I have been waiting for information about a stroller that I want to order from them for about 3 weeks. The stroller is apparently out of stock so I phoned this morning to check if it had come in yet. The person who answered the phone was a woman, I politely said good morning, my name and mentioned that I wanted to find out about the Hauk strollers - she just said 'hold on I'll get someone', a few seconds later a man came on the line - I got a hello, i again repeated my name and mentioned that I wanted to find out about the Hauk strollers. I hadn't even got the words out when I got - "The company is called Baby Fantasy', yes I said I know that and tried to continue, I got talked over with our website is..., have you been on the website. go on the website. I eventually managed to get in 'could i just speak' to which he said again - 'go on the website'.
Needless to say I just put the phone down. If I can get this particular stroller somewhere else I will. They obviously don't need the business!
