Refuse to give references & Bad Attitude

After show interest to the service I sent a mail to Pam's assistant to ask for references. This is the response I got:

Do I hear you correctly? You want references on Pam Whyte? Pam is a legend in the dog behaviour world. That is an insult. I think you should rather stick with the amateurs.
