When will this end???

Waiting for 16 days now, my 2 parcels didn't move an inch. When will we as customers be able to receive a proper service, instead of "Please accept our earnest apologies for the inconvenience suffered as a result" If you can't handle and end a strike at 2 hubs, what the are you going to do if hubs nationwide goes on strike?
