APPALLING SERVICE

My sister and I purchased the deal advertised on Groupon last year December, hoping to be able to give the canvas as a Christmas present. But, not only did we not receive our canvases by Christmas, we STILL have not received them! First an email was sent out to us stating that there had been a miscommunication between Bubbins and Gumtree and that we needed to resend our vouchers to confirm our delivery - which we did. However we STILL did not recieve our canvases. I have since emailed Bubbins numerous times to try to find out what is going on but have not received even one response. And I see that many other people have complained about the same problem. I find this type of poor service disgusting - I am now left wondering whether this Bubbins company was actually a and I have been ripped-off. Not only will I advise everyone I know to never use this company but I would like to take some kind of legal action to get my money back., as I don't see why I should give such a joke of a company anymore of my business.
