I bought tickets for the AFCON 2013 final at the National Stadium via the EQTickets call center on the 28'th of January. On the day of the game I went to the SPAR in Ruimsig to print my tickets only to be told that my tickets were printed a day before at another SPAR in Hillbrow I was very confused because I had never been to the SPAR in question. The only way to print tickets was with my proof on identification and the reference number I was emailed when I bought the tickets with my credit card. The store manager managed to get me through to one of the EQTIcket supervisors (Stephen) who could not explaiin to me what had happened and he literally hung up on me.

Monday the 11'th Feb I spoke to Susan Khumalo who took my details and assured me my money would be deposited back into my account, 11 days later my money has not been paid in I called EQtickets again spoke Lebogang who insists I have to go to the bank to print proof of payment in order to be refunded. EQTickets dont want to take responsibility for their mistake my case is not isolated. Their systems are flawed and clearly our information is not secure if anyone can print tickets what more about credit information.
