Lack of care and above all slow response

My employment contract came to an end in January 2013 and ever since then i have asked for my employment agency to assist me with the UIF and my provident fund.

I'm complaining because of their lack of care and above all slow response to the matter. I requested these documents from an HR manger called Dale Williams on the 16/01/2013 at about 18:39pm via a chat site called Whatsapp. Dale responded saying he would attend to the matter first thing the following morning which till today has not been done?

I am still seeking for employment but need the pension money and UIF that's I'm entiteld to. To make things easier i even asked him to send me a PDF of all the documents that i needed to fill in on the 17/01/2013 but still nothing.

Yesterday the 19/02/2013 i went to Cape Town CBD and was more then willing to go to office and fill in the required document but he reply-ed saying "I cant today. I will send you an updated letter via email". I then again resent him my email address and today on the 20/02/2013 there is nothing on my email!
