Tracking of parcel through email

I saw on Hellopeter that you advise customers to track their parcels by sending an email to customer services but I got a "undeliverable" report when I send an email to [Email Removed] Please assist by tracking my parcel with number AEIABE20004357876. It has been shipped from the US with i-Parcel and has arrived in the RSA on Feb 6. There has been no movement since 6 Feb. Thanks.
