BALMAIN HAIR EXTENSIONS ALLEGE THAT THEY SELL THE HIGHEST QUALITY PRODUCTS, WHICH THEY DONT.

THEY SELL HAIR EXTENSIONS THAT FALL OFF, A FEW PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT.

am very disappointed with the balmain hair extensions.

they fall off, the clips are lose,
they untidy at the ends.

my proposal is that i get a full refund with 7 days.

read below previous complaints from other people
and the applicable law regarding my rights.

the Consumer Protection Act does protect me fully in this instance.

failure to provide me with a refund i shall result in taking the matter publicly as there
are many people with this issue

the product was with me for day and i reported the matter to you the next day
I HAVE FORWARDED Maxine previous complaints about BALMAIN AND MY RIGHTS RE THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, SHE REFUSES TO LISTEN NOR WISHES TO COMPENSATE ME.

SHE SAYS THE EXTENSIONS WERE TRIMED BY ME THEREFORE SHE CANT TAKE THEM BACK... THAT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE BECAUSE THEY ARE EXTENSIONS WICH CANNOT BE RESOLD DUE TO HYGENE PURPOSES. SO WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES THAT MAKE.

I REPORTED THE MATTER TO MAXINE THE VERY NEXT MORNING.
THIS IS UNFAIR.
