We received a tender from Shabane Gold Mining and completed it accordingly with Quotations. Supplier was Bluesoft t/a Vukuzenzele Drills on which was according to them and the website that they are the sole Importers of this specific Products (Krupp Drill Bits - KK 5624 and KK 9645) - very Clever on their behalf to have a website!! During the negotiations period it was requested by Shabane Gold Mining - Zimbabwe, that they will come to our facilities to inspect and Test the equipment as well as installing the QC equipment for the duration of the tender. Both Companies uses cellphone numbers as contacts (Shabane Gold Mining - 26 377 630 6864 and Vukuzenzele - 081 453 2508). The tender documentation and even the Supplier documentations are done in such a way that it looks perfectly and without a doubt legal and original.
When we requested Technical data for the specified products from Vukuzenzele (supplier) excuses were used and none was given. When requesting the type of testing equipment that will be installed by Shabane Gold Mining (Purchaser/customer) they were very vague on what will be installed onsite.
After investigating account numbers and Reg. no. (supplier) it was a!!
