Extremely poor after service

Lorenzo's foto studio failed to supply me my wedding albums and DVD after 2 months. HeI was supplied cheap albums instead of what I paid for. Lorenzo never keeps his appoitments, I kept on emailing him and calling him to find out when I was going to get my order. When finally received, it was incomplete he did not even mention that my order was in complete. Up until 10/01/2013 I still have not received my full order and my wedding was held on 04/11/2012. When emailed him and told how disgusted I am of his service and he response by saying " do what ever you feel like, you are turning small things into big thing, bring it on..." surely this is not the way to treat any situation or to treat your clients. The amount of R 6400 was paid to him 5 months prior to my wedding. All I am asking for is give my what I paid you for!!!
