Ought from the fake website that is still up!!!

I bought a GHD form a website that states 50% off. I got a different one then what I ordered. I ordered a blue one and got a green one. The black case it came in is also broken. I see on other complaints that GHD head office take of fake sellers from websites but why is this website still up if it is fake. Im a loyal GHD customer and wanted to upgrade my current one but is now very disappointed.
