LOST SALES OPPERTUNITY

So I called ford to try and get a quote on a new vehicle over two months back and surprise surprise not a word back! after numerouse attempts to get contact. this is the most useless company ever! over it! Stopped using anything ford long ago due to the horrific service now unfortunately i have a client requesting a specific ford car and bam bad service again! luckily iv managed to convince my client that your company is just not worth spending money on and he has decided to go with a new chev instead and we got great service from them. with in a week the deal was signed and sealed car delivered! FORD NEEDS TO STEP UP! I will continue to tell people not to use your services!
