Loans that consultant said its approve

Recently I've received a call from Global Loans saying that I qaulify for a R40000 loan and it will be and I was assured that it'll be approved if I pay R1170 for insurance fee so I did, than they phone me back and says that I need to pay a R1000 for transfer fee so I did than they phone me to say that I must pay R3000 rand for trustfee. So I did but I cancelled it because how can u pay more than what u earn when u need money. Then I was called again and they told me the gona give my money back but it'll take time for release forms but it has been almost 3 weeks and I'm still waiting.
