Well i have requested over and over again for them to send me a statement on my TV license i cant register my account to get a statement myself nothing works, i do not even use any service they supply i don't watch TV but still i cant cancelled the account due to the fact that you have to get police statements and affidavits just to stop the account, and with the services here it takes for ever, now the only contact i get is to pay them but they don't even give my a detailed statements, that's all i need to see that the haven't picked up my previous payment
