Problem with Service plan and warently

Having recently purchased a car through imperial select Isando - I was assured that it had been serviced and that a service plan was in place. Through a series of events - we discovered that vehicle had in fact not been serviced - Taking it to Highlands north - Tata for service - lead to the discovery that the service plan had transparently lapsed as a result. - and the warrently was voided. Thanks to the efforts of the Two guys Nardo Loots at Isando and Stephan at Highalnds north, The problem has been resolved and the service has been authorized, and warranty problem appears to have been sorted out. Thanks for all the hard work, to sorting out this problem.
