Refusal by BMW to refund my money

I took my car into Leo Haese for a service on the 4 Oct. was advised by consultant that I need to change my tyres soon. Tyre light came on & I went to tiger wheel & tyre Woodmead. They said change the front 2 tyres. However locknut was not in the boot or anywhere in the car. I called BMW on call & I had to pay R400 call out fee as locknut should be in car. I paid & got to work 4 hrs later instead of 1hr.
Contacted leo Hase - was told the job card listed no locknut. I asked for copies of previous job cards and waited. Finally got proof that locknut was in car at previous service in leo haase. Was taken out by staff at leo haase & not replaced. Sent proof to BMW & no one prepared to respond in writing or pay me back. Waiting from Dec 2013.
