I am Mehend Bechoo purchased a new POLO 1.4 2012 from VW Durban Greyville. Brand new car electric window button not fitted correctly, complained many times up to today no asisstance. Shudder while driving a couple months use of the new vehicle complained at service department, was confirmed will be looked at first service as for its still safe to drive vehicle. First service comes 15000 km nothing was done, complained only at 30000km shudder was looked at and a new brake disk was replaced under warranty. Drive and 1 month later shudder starts again complained and asked at 45000km will be looked at. Nothing was done up to date after numerous calls and departments confirming its my fault that it shuddrers all the time! Called the customer service department in JHB call centre left my details and complaints and uptoday no one call me back! my all details will be recored on their system.

Poor service delivery and quality of parts used on this vehicle. Cup holder just pops out, from brand new a rubber has been coming out, led lights inside of the vehicle got dimmer after few months of use of the vehicle. So much more to type actually ran oput of space!!!

2 Years and the problem is still there
