I am very impressed with the attitude and professional manner in which the scratches and treatment of my vehicle was conducted by the two gentlemen Ishmail and Noah who attended to my claim on 05/02/2013. The feedback given by the call centre staff was also good, but they need to please ensure for future reference to try to get the repairs done closer to the time the customer reports any damage. I was originally not impressed when I was told that I will have to wait another two weeks for the repairs to be done, but the excellent job done on the vehicle has changed my mind.
