I was suppose to get my card on 22/01/2014 which was suppose to be delivered to me, they guy pitch so when i went to collect the documents that was required in order to release my card which took me about 10 minutes as i was printing the documents, when i went back to reception where the guy was waiting for me I was informed that the guy left without saying anything! Im really dissapointed in this kinda service!!
