False advertising

Just Group Africa / Bluelake SA are part of the Satinsky Group-- they advertise "Drive a new car for R599 without a deposit" You have to drive 2000ks per month to qualify for the R599 100% paid. Well what they don't tell you upfront that there is hidden costs.- So you would never drive a new car for R599 driving 2000ks per month - Lodging a compliant is pointless (helpdesk) no-one contacts you. We have dealt with helpdesk/Kugan Munsami/Barnard Jooste/Riaan Theron/Shelandrey Yates/Lele/Ansie v/d Merwe and Maruis Viviers all from Just Group, Bluelakes and Satinsky. In 10 months they haven't resolved my query and there is no solution? I have a recording which confirms that I have repeatedly asked if I drive 2000ks per month I will only pay R599 - it was confirmed that the pmt would be 100%. But of course each month the same error short pmts!!! They are not addressing the problem. BE very careful before you sign up make sure that everything is recorded and in writing or else you will have endless financial problems. Barnard Jooste promised to come back to us with a solution... Guess what we are still waiting
