My husband took our lawn mower for a full service mid December, we collected 21st December 2013.It worked for an hour and there was black smoke. We contacted Livingston and was advised that the oil filter was covered in oil, took it back to them 30 th Dec 13, was told that it was tilted and was charged for spark plug and air filter. Observed how it was put back in the car and handled it the same way back home. We then had grey smoke.called again and was advised that the smoke would go away.the smoke didn't go away and it stopped working. They then told us that we tilted the machine and that's why it's not working. We know for a fact that it was not tilted as we were made aware of this before. Took it back in 18 jan 14, was told that we tilted it and the oil filter is damaged. Got an SMS saying that we owe R 500 and it's ready to be collected. I called today, spoke to Tracy whom I was quite upset and explaining the situation to her whereby she cut the call. Called three times and she was avoiding the phone. She spoke to me again, saying that we tilted it and not listening to me saying that we did not.there is something else broken. She agreed to deliver it tomorrow. I can only hope it's now fixed.
