Great Service - the extra mile

After I purchased a product from Binuns and a small part broke, I contacted Binuns with my complaint. I received a response very quickly, with a promise that the part will be replaced with no cost to me (I live in another province). The supplier sent me the package, and when the post office 'lost' my parcel, they sent me another package with the part I needed. They followed up to make sure that I have received it all. I can highly rate their service and will with great ease buy products from them in the future. It felt like they walked the extra mile. I thank them and will refer friends to their store. The way they honored the guarantee of my product is praiseworthy.
