CCMA Case they never informed me on

As it seems that the so called great Union is just up to.

I had a case registered with them but no one followed up with me regarding when my case is.

So on Saturday the 11th my house keeper that also works for my previous employer told me that I had a court date for Friday the 10th of January but no one from Solidarity informed me regarding this so now to no prevail they don't work on weekends and now another bad employer gets to walk free because of their negligence.

I wonder how they got this big if they can't even handle small cases -oh and that their representative told me that I had no case and that she will have to see if she can help me cause she doesn't deem my case as very succesfull.

But you see I had enough of people trying to BS me now I hope sincerely that they will sort this out very quickly or I will just have to take this further and sue them as well.

So let see what happens. But my word to any one that wants to join Solidarity - DON'T they are just going to take your money and make up stories so that they don't have to see to your case.

Everyone there seems pretty much useless and really wouldn't't recommend them to anyone. Union is there to help you!!!
