Night time nappies leaking

My little girl was waking up wet every night. I posted a message on the Huggies Facebook page asking if anyone else has the same problem. I was expecting a fellow mom to reply but instead it was to my surprise that one of the Huggies reps that responded. She asked me for my e-mail address and contact number when I supplied it to her it was with immediate response that she contacted me to find out what the problem was with the nappies. She then asked me to give her 5 nappies so that they could send them for testing to see if there was something faulty with the batch. I did as she requested, she also sent me samples of different sizes and types of nappies to try. Huggies has also been in constant contact with me to see the progress and results of the new nappies. I am not sure if my daughter wees a lot at night or if the nappies were faulty but whatever the reason is I have NEVER experienced such amazing customer service!!! Thank you Huggies!!! I just wish other brands could follow your example!!!
