Lack of nutrition and water at kennels

The entire family dogs when to this kennels for 10 days.

The 2 mini grey hounds was just skin and bone when we went to fetch the dogs after our holiday, we could clearly see they didn't receive the proper nutrition and water at the kennels.

My pitbull was weighing 30 kg (Healthy, lean dog) before entering the kennels (Also take note this an animal that has stay at labrie kennels several times, but we have never received her back in such a bad condition), in 10 days my dog lost 7 kg. I had to took my dog to the vet just to be on the safe side that she isn't suffering from dehydration. The vet gave her a vitamin injection and gave us clear instruction to give her double her normal food intake.

I even took my own dog food (because she has a very sensitive skin) and gave them clear instructions how much the dog must receive on a daily basis. They clearly didn't follow the instruction. Other concerns: my dog collar was clearly cut off with something, I can only assume she got tangled in something and they were forced to cut the collar to free her. Her one toy was missing (Costing - R300) and I was told she destroyed the toy. Which I don't believe because these toys was imported fo
