Horrible Service

The bridal suite was unneat, the toilet wasn't working proparly, the jacuzzi was dirty. There wasn't any lights in the pathways towards the chalets. Wornout candles were given to the old people to walk back. The food wasnt up to standard or even made that same day. The owners daughter was very rude to me (the bride) and to some of the guests who were complaining about the electricity that was off during the reception for more than half an hour. Some of the mens toilets at the venue weren't working or connected. My parents and in laws had to finish some of the details on the tabels in the reception because they didn't want to do it. From all the people we hear that is getting married soon we paid the most money for our venue and per head and we got the most terible service for the kind of money we had to spend.
