Hi,

I am utterly disgusted at the service received by Experian. I picked that my surname shows a different one when i was seeking credit with service provider, strange enough ITC shows correct surname Khumalo but not Experian. In September 2013 was asked to email [Email Removed] I was then informed of 3-4weeks, and when i called a month later, was informed of 3months waiting period for them to verify with home affairs. Need I to say im being inconvenienced by this lack of urgency from them. Today before i spoke to Shanaz, i spoke to a lady who was not helpful, who told me i needed to fax because they did not received my documents, she does not have people's skills nor she should be working in a call centre environment. I called in again, spoke to Shanaz who was able to pick up my docs and promised to feedback but she did not do that, I called in again (spoke to Patrick) only to be told i need to check again tomorrow. I find this behavior un-thoughtful and not caring from an agent level. You receive inconsistent information from the call centre, as if no one is willing to assist. I need my id sorted out as i have things to do.
