Poor Service

I booked some rental gear with bright water scuba and paid for an overnight stay locally being assured that the gear would be ready for collection on the Saturday prior to me leaving for the trip. On arrival well i was simply told that there was no gear available and that none had been booked for me. the owner who has a so what attitude didn't even seem interested in the fact that his employee Graeme did not book the gear or failed to even have the courtesy to call me and tell me. I have a good mind to hold you liable for the cost of the weekend i had to cancel and the accommodation i booked. In future i will not refer any person to your store nor support your store. I will advise every single person i know who dives and there are quiet a few not to support your business.
