Perfect Mist Fan

Last year December I bought a Perfect Mist Fan from Tafelberg Furnishers for R949. In January/ February this year the fan blades burst into pieces and the cover also came off, we were so lucky that neither me, my wife or my (then only 6/7 month old) baby was not in the room when it happened. I took the pieces back to Tafelberg, and the lady, Ilse la Grange, had such a bad attitude towards me, she insisted that I only get a replacement blade that I obviously didn't want because the fan was only a month or two old. After a bit of an argument she ordered some of her co-workers-and I quote-GEE NET DIE MAN N ANDER FAN! (JUST GIVE THE MAN ANOTHER FAN). Well, this morning I decided to just do a visual inspection, and I found that the blades are full of cracks again, the thing is basically still brand new, I haven't even removed the protector on the screen yet. What bothers me is: if after a month or two I received that kinda attitude, how will their attitudes be like now?
