I so not impressed with the service and bad attitude received from one of the receptionist of eskom insurance in Johannesburg (0117119111). I made a call to wanting to confirm insurance for a customer and i was tranfered form one to another, when i tried to call i then spoke to Cathy and when i tried to explain what has been going on she answered with an attitude even saying words like (haisuka) and hanging up on me.i do have the voice recording and i will take it up if needed to cause that not how you treat customer or maybe she heared that im black that why.
