NOT WILLING TO HELP

Purchased a Daihatsu Cuore on the 31st May, never mention that there was a problem with the main oil seal or the radiator. The car went for COR and failed. On Wednesday it overheated, where we found there is a problem with the radiatior. I sms Shak, he said he would call me back, instead he called my husband as screamed at him, that we bought the car as is, and if we dont want the car bring it back and he will sell it and give our money back, that is not the point, i have waiting 13 years for this car, and i want it repaired at his expense or to be reimbursed some money to have the problems repaired. Now that he has made money out of us he is not willing to help, no after sales service.
