SA Post Office
Report of BAD ATTITUDE of staff

Yesterday (29/01/2013) I got to this post office at 12.15pm. I was about number 5 in line. There were only two attendants assisting us at this time. They were rather slow considering it was lunch time. One assistant went AWOL for about 15mins. The line grew longer and longer. I was still in the line at 12.45pm. There were now about 12 people in the line. Other staff members were walking around behind the tellers, noticing the amount of people in the line and did nothing about it. I'm sure most of the customers were on their lunch. The staff were doing other small admin work and couldn't care less about the customers. Surely they know to do Admin work when its a little quieter? I use this Post office weekly and the staffs attitude is the same always... Please do something about it!
