Finally! Someone who sees "people" not "customers"

I am impressed thoroughly by this lady's service! She is precise, informative, efficient, effective and just ready to assist.

I spoke to about 4 or 5 completely uninterested people this morning regarding my cut-off electricity. all of them advised me that they can only if i come in before 4, and even then, my electricity will only be re-activated tomorrow, hopefully! Nadia told me the same thing, but unlike the rest, she heard my frustration, understood it, still followed procedure but went the extra mile to help me by letting me know exactly what needs to be done and how it must be done. I am not even certain that my electricity will be re-activated today, but i am confident. and even if it is not, I will at least know for sure that someone indeed tried their level best to assist me.
