Unauthorised Debits

Good Day

Kindly assist in having a R68 debit order from World TC cancelled and refunded. This debit has been going off my FNB account since January 2013 as i can see, maybe even earlier but i have no knowledge of who it is. Ii have tried to log the call with their call centre and after taking my details again the lady advised they will call me but no one has done so yet. Please assist as these amounts go off more than once every month.
