27/44 Bad score!!!

I would like to urge mothers to check the BAD quality of Huggies comfort dry- I received 27 defected disposable nappies out of a pack of 44
The worst customer service ever!!! they promised to be here today, as I phoned them yesterday 28/01/2013 just past 8am and I had to plan my day all around their promises that they will be at my home today... No one came to assist in the replacement or rectification of the problem and faulty goods!
