I am extremely disgusted in the way SABC handles their accounts.

My father was retrenched in 1997, got divorced soon after and does not own a thing, not a house, car, tv nothing. He lives with this parents and they support him as far as possible. The SABC contacted my dad for the outstanding amount on his TV licence, where he then explained the situation and that he does not own a TV and has no means to pay these monies. He was made to complete forms, write letters get them commissioned by the police and sent back. This happened on a every 6 month cycle since 2006 and guess what. Today again after the last documents were sent through in July 2012. Today they have no records yet again of any of these documents and the amount has doubled to what my father owed originally. How incompetent must one place along with there attorney's be.. How are we suppose to handle this situation? lay a complaint?
