UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE FROM RAINBOW PRINT, KZN

Rainbow Print, printed on t-shirts for us and confirmed that delivery will take place on Thurs, 17/10/13. Nothing was delivered. We called on Friday to follow up and it was confirmed that delivery would take place on Friday, 18/10/13. Still nothing. Monday has come and gone AND THE STORY REMAINS THE SAME. This morning, Tuesday 22/10/13 I called in to confirm delivery for today. I spoke to Colin, who was rude. His bad attitude and bad telephone etiquette made us realise his complete disinterest in us as a client and the work we have given them.
Therefore, we have decided to support a different printing company who appreciates us as a client.
