Mannatech make promisses they do not keep!!!

2012 My father Okkie Stander was diagnosed with cancer. Pieter Louw (Ex Stomers rugby player) said the products from Mannatech will cure my father. He watsapp me tree to four times a day. Pieter also said he wants my card details otherwise we can't get this product. The product cost R4664. One Sunday night R5000 was deducted from my bank account. I went to the bank the Monday and canceld my card. I also opened a case. I later lereand that it was Mannatech. My faterh passed away on the 28th June 2013 the product didn't help. Pieter Louw said they will give me my money back. I phoned AB at Mannetech In June 2013 he said I need to return all the products and also a letter with my new card details for the refund. Wich I did. I kept on phoning nothing happend. Eventully AB told me the refund was done on the 1 Aug 2013 for R2800. Till today I have received no money. Darren Hoffman send me a slip and said they refunded the money in my canceld card. I spoke to Willie at Fnb who deals with Forex payments no money was received. When I contacted Pieter and Darren they said I must sort it out with my bank. Their was no money paid over. Now they just ignore me!!!
