Very positive response from WTC

I was contacted by WTC within hours of posting my complaint.

They not only explained the problem clearly, but were extremely polite about it,
and helped me out immediately.

Not only did they refund the money I had mentioned, but they refunded EVERY SINGLE
unauthorized debit order since 2010 (When it started) - a sum of several thousand rand.

This is quite honestly the best feedback I've had from anyone.
