Fitstop - TERRIBLE service!

I joined Fitstop Bromhof earlier this year, much to the dismay of friends and relatives due to there tarnished reputation. The issues I have encountered since then have helped me see why they have such a bad reputation.

Firstly, the manager couldn't stop telling us how worthless our money was to him whilst we were negotiating a price. Secondly, they insisted that we do a fitness test which I am still waiting to receive a call for. We arrived one day to go gym at 4pm - and they were CLOSED! Since then, I have not attended and I have not had one call to inquire as to why I haven't been attending. I have also made numerous calls and sent numerous emails to cancel my account in the past 3 weeks of which I have not received a reply of any sort.

This service is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable and as far as I am concerned, Fitstop is a stain on Bromhof's name.
