Crossbow Marketing
BAD SERVICE

I placed an order in August for gift wrapping paper and gift cards with the company Crossbow Marketing which represent a number of charities including the Animal Anti Cruelty League. I was told that it would be posted to me. We are now in the month of October and have still not received my parcel, i have sent numerous emails to Crossbow Marketing asking when my parcel was sent and if it was actually sent. To date i am still waiting for a reply. I love giving to charities but i think the charities involved should re-think being represented by Crossbow Marketing as they do not provide a good service at all.
