Advertising in Get It Magazine

Three months ago I signed a contract with Get It Magazine National for publication of an advertisement in 8 regions throughout South Africa. In both the first and second month my advertisement was only placed in certain of the areas. I complained to the representative (Charlotte) but got no satisfaction. I asked for a manager, and was referred to Adrie, who kept blaming Charlotte, who then blamed the printers. I asked for copies of all the areas prints, and it is now 3 weeks in which they keep promising me I will have it on Friday??? I asked for the name of Adrie's superior, but nobody wants to give it to me. I am at a stage where I want to lay a complaint at the Advertising Complaints Commission. These people just does not care and there is absolutely no respect for the customer. This is the most pathetic company that I have ever placed an advertisement with. Can somebody please tell me who to contact. To anybody who wants to advertise in Get It Magazine, please think twice.
