Car window smashed by Truck

Monday 9/9/2013 i was driving along side a Godrich flour mills truck.
Something slipped off the back of the truck and smashed through my passenger side window.

I contacted the company and after almost a week of deliberation they are refusing to admit their fault and pay for the shattered window.

The owner of the company also proceeded to throw the phone down in my ear.

How do you run a business.

You guys are pathetic.
