Less nappies for the same price

I have been using huggies gold for my son & now using it for my daughter as well. i have noticed that the packaging has changed as well as the quantity per pack by at least 10 nappies less!!! i have called the contact center on 02/09/2013 to question about the quantity per pack & Sue at the call center couldn't answer me. she then took my details & advised that she will have someone from marketing contact me & advise. To date no has called me. i then called back today, 11/09/2013 & spoke to Sue again who gave me the same old story she gave me last week. for such a well known brand, their service & feedback is pathetic. besides the qty, the nappies doesn't keep my daughter as dry as before when it was in the green packaging.
