2013-08-06 PAID R495-00 FOR A SERVICE AND NO ACCES

I paid for a service on 2013-08-06, for about two days I could access the website, but soon after that could not access my account. This is what came up after trying to access the account.

404 Not Found
The server can not find the requested page:

I e mailed WebMaster and informed them about the problem. I heard nothing. I went to the Facebook Page and inbox Lesbian Republic and informed them about my problem. Once again heard nothing. I went onto Lesbian Republics Twitter and there it said hat the site has problems, but that they are working on it. Every day, for six days the same thing. In this period I tried to log on everyday and finally they said that the site was back on. Well, not for me! I once again informed them and they gave me a website to report the problem. The next thing my fault number and fault report was closed as if it has been dealt with. I then tweeted to Lesbian Republic that the site is not working. And e mail since 2013-080-06. NOTHING!!! I DONT WANT TO BE PART OF THE SITE. I DEMAND A FULL RETURN. R495 ASAP!!!
