Paid for service - no reply to make appointment

I purchased a daddy's deal voucher for the services of Universal Photographic studios. I have called and emailed Delton Cory many times to make an appointment but he just does not reply to my messages. It has been three weeks now and he just ignores my calls. I think this is poor service since I have already paid for this!
