Stop calling me!!

I am now so sick and tired of being called by them!
Today i was once again called after twice politely asking them to remove my number from their system as i am not interested!
So today i was nasty to the person calling as this was now the 3rd call after i already told them to stop calling me!
If this continues i will be taking legal matters as they are disrupting my work day as well as breaching my privacy!
