DEPOSIT NOT REFLECTING IN EWALLET

I invested in the scheme to earn points but the money I deposited is not reflectin in my e-wallet. I call their office number and there is only answering machine. They keep posting on website that we put wrong reference but I put right reference on deposit slip at bank.

Please help me contact company or is anyone else got problem like this?
