Impact Meter's service is very bad

I'm running a data capturing company

When i signed my lease agreement nobody told me that i needed to open an electricity account so now they cut off my electricity on Wensday and they asked me to open an account with them of which i did yesterday, they promised that they were going to switch on my electricity yesterday but until now its still off

when i call the Head office they told me what i was told that the electrician has been sent and it will be switched on sometime today then i asked to speak to the manager (Hogan) i spoke to Hogan explain the problem and he said i need to wait there is nothing he can do for me.

now i'm seating with thousands of documents that are not captured because of the electricity problem and no body is willing to help even the head office they don't care about their clients or customer all i can say is thier service is very bad and i don't know why they are still in business.
