After my initial report on hellopeter, I received a personal message from Wendy via SMS almost immediately. The reason she gave me (which I cannot print) seems valid. I appreciated her response and can now understand the reason she was unable to meet.
I've already bought all stokke products but, would now consider her product for future purchases due to her honesty.
